The IDB is seeking a PEC Consultant to provide technical and operational support to the Bank’s tourism team. The role involves analyzing, preparing, and monitoring tourism project portfolios, as well as drafting technical notes and sector diagnostics. The consultant will collaborate with sector specialists and country offices to support loan operations and knowledge products across Latin America and the Caribbean.
