The People and Culture Officer will support organizational design and change management initiatives within UNICEF. The role involves implementing functional reviews, restructuring, and staffing transitions. The Officer will contribute to communication and roll-out of organizational design tools and support stakeholder engagement. They will develop implementation plans and provide operational guidance.
