The People Systems Analyst will support the design, build, testing, and maintenance of configuration enhancements across Wellcome's People Systems, specifically focusing on Workday. This role involves troubleshooting complex system issues, managing security and data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize user experience. The analyst will also oversee configuration development from external providers and develop reporting solutions to support organizational decision-making.
