The Policy Manager will design and implement evaluation methodologies, develop strategies to mitigate potential misuse of AI models, and create threat models related to chemical weapons and explosives. They will analyze traffic, collaborate with engineers to develop detection systems, and inform policy development. The role requires deep expertise in energetic materials, explosives, and chemical weapons, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into safety policies.
