The Political Affairs Officer will work within the Office on Genocide Prevention and the Responsibility to Protect to monitor worldwide situations for risks of atrocity crimes. The role involves conducting in-depth research, drafting analytical reports, and providing early warning advice to Special Advisers. Additionally, the officer will coordinate working groups on hate speech and maintain strategic partnerships across the UN and international organizations.
