The Programme Officer for Population Change & Data (PCD) will support UNFPA’s data initiatives in Punjab, Pakistan, by strengthening provincial data systems and evidence-based planning. The role involves coordinating the Data for Development (D4D) initiative, managing Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) reforms, and facilitating partnerships with government entities and research institutions. The officer will provide technical assistance to ensure population dynamics are integrated into provincial development policies and SDG reporting frameworks.
