Description

The Principal National Consultant will lead the development of the United Nations Country Analysis (UNCA) for Kyrgyzstan, synthesizing analytical materials to inform the next Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF 2028–2032). The role involves facilitating consultations with government, UN agencies, and stakeholders to draft a coherent report on development challenges, opportunities, and SDG progress. The consultant will work under the supervision of the Resident Coordinator's Office to ensure the report aligns with national priorities and UN guiding principles.
