Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Configuration Analysis, Requirements Gathering, PRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Cross-functional Delivery, Project Management (Jira, Asana, etc.), CRM Platforms (Salesforce is a plus), English (Excellent written and verbal communication)
