The Programme Analyst will provide essential project management and analytical support to the IFAD Lao PDR portfolio, focusing on coordination, planning, and portfolio monitoring. The role involves managing relationships with government partners and PMUs, while ensuring timely implementation of rural development projects and reporting. The incumbent will also contribute to knowledge management, communications visibility, and technical administrative tasks. This position requires regular travel to Lao PDR to support field missions and implementation oversight.
