The Programme Management Officer will support the Market Access Upgrade Programme (MARKUP II) in facilitating trade development across various African nations. Responsibilities include monitoring project budgets, supervising consultants, coordinating stakeholder partnerships, and conducting data analysis to improve export competitiveness. The role involves preparing progress reports, organizing technical committee meetings, and integrating cross-cutting themes such as gender and youth into project implementation.
