The International Trade Centre is seeking a Project Management Adviser to provide coordination support for the VIBE programme in Rwanda, which focuses on enhancing employment for excluded groups through agricultural market access. The role involves implementing and evaluating project activities, conducting research and data analysis, and facilitating stakeholder workshops and training sessions. The incumbent will also provide substantive support to consultative meetings and manage project reporting, budgeting, and outreach activities. This position aims to empower women-led MSMEs and refugee-led enterprises to increase their competitiveness in regional and international markets.
