The Project Officer will act as a primary liaison between UN-Habitat and government entities in Morocco and Tunisia to advance sustainable urban infrastructure and waste-to-energy projects. The role involves leading business development, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the technical and financial feasibility of project pipelines. This position requires a strategic professional to ensure project alignment with national regulations and UN Sustainable Development Goals.
