The Provincial Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with provincial, district, and municipal government departments to advance early learning initiatives. The role involves capacitating franchises, managing complex multi-sectoral partnerships, and surfacing systemic barriers to co-develop solutions with stakeholders. You will represent SmartStart at provincial forums and contribute to national-level strategy by feeding in provincial insights and partnership performance data.
