The Public Programs Producer at the Obama Presidential Center is responsible for the planning, production, and execution of diverse public programming across the campus. This role manages end-to-end logistics, including technical requirements, vendor coordination, and on-site event operations to ensure high-quality delivery. The Producer works cross-functionally to align programs with the Foundation's mission and institutional standards while managing project timelines and budgets. They serve as a primary lead during live events, troubleshooting real-time challenges and supporting promotional content coordination.
