PadSplit is hiring a Recruiter to help scale its mission of addressing the affordable housing crisis. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers, and improving the hiring process. This is a remote, full-time position with a compensation range of $70,000 - $90,000 a year.
