The Recruitment Business Planning Associate will assist in planning and executing sales strategies to recruit, retain, and manage sponsor partnerships. This role involves vetting potential sponsor leads, educating sponsors, and providing support to the sales team and volunteers. The associate will also maintain records, support blood drives, and ensure the achievement of collection goals. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the American Red Cross's humanitarian mission.
