The Regional Chief Development Officer for the American Red Cross is an executive leadership role responsible for driving philanthropic growth and managing fundraising strategies for the Idaho Montana region. The position involves cultivating major donor relationships, leading a team of fundraisers, and serving as a primary liaison for the Board’s Philanthropy Committee. The successful candidate will design multi-year revenue strategies and ensure the organization meets its financial goals to support lifesaving humanitarian missions.
