This consultancy is with the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) to provide analytical and technical support to the design of Lebanon’s Public Sector Reform Blueprint. The consultant will conduct sector and subsector benchmarking, support validation workshops, and contribute to the development of a Target Operating Model (TOM). The project's aim is to improve governance and public service delivery.
