Description

The consultant will provide scientific and technical inputs to the International Seabed Authority (ISA) related to regional environmental management in the Area. The role includes producing outputs such as contributing to workshops, identifying web-based platforms, designing capacity development activities, compiling scientific information, and contributing to knowledge products. The work will be home-based.

Skills Required

deep sea biology, ecology, marine spatial planning, knowledge of the Authority’s work, regional environmental management plans, written and oral communication skills in English, marine environmental planning in the high seas and/or the Area, writing workshop reports or other technical reports

Compensation:
The range of the fee for the individual contractor shall be applied according to ISBA/ST/AI/2021/1. For this consultancy, the required services fall within Level B.
