Ph.D. in AI (or equivalent research experience), Strong publication record, Deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, speech processing, JAX, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Familiarity with VLM/VLA training and deployment (advantage)
