The Zone Manager is responsible for managing and driving commercial performance of 4-6 optical agencies within a specified geographic area. They will manage and train Agency Managers and their teams (Sales and Opticians) to achieve sales targets, and ensure compliance with Lapaire Group procedures and standards. They will work directly with the Country Operations Director and interact with various departments.
