The Results Dashboard Insights Specialist will manage and develop an interactive, web-based dashboard for UNFPA Asia and the Pacific Regional Office (APRO). This role involves data harmonization, dashboard engineering, and managing the regional dashboard to track progress, facilitate decision-making, and communicate results. The specialist will collaborate with country offices, analyze data, and support knowledge sharing. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Programme planning, monitoring and evaluation, Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, Developing results information systems, Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, reporting skills, Excellent computer / information systems skills (DHIS2, google-based applications, data analyses software), Familiarity with GenAI (asset), Accuracy, attention to details and professionalism in document production and editing, Excellent interpersonal skills; culturally and socially sensitive; ability to work inclusively and collaboratively, Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision; ability to work with tight deadlines
