The RLO Program Advisor will support Inkomoko's mission by strengthening refugee-led organizations through strategic program development, capacity building, and organizational sustainability. This role involves advisory work in business development, training, and organizational capacity strengthening. The advisor will work with the Program Manager and program teams to expand funding opportunities and improve program delivery. Responsibilities include organizational development, documentation, advocacy, and fundraising support for RLOs.
