The Financial Reporting Associate at One Acre Fund in Rwanda is responsible for end-to-end ownership of internal and external financial reporting and compliance. This role involves managing financial closes, ensuring regulatory compliance, reporting to external stakeholders, strategic financial planning, and business partnering. The associate will lead financial reporting processes, ensure compliance, oversee grant financial tracking, drive business partnering and financial planning, and strengthen financial systems and risk management.
