Description

The SafeLine Operator & Case Manager will support the implementation of community feedback mechanisms and the inter-agency SafeLine hotline to improve communication with affected populations in Syria. The role involves managing inquiries, tracking rumors, analyzing data to support decision-making, and maintaining effective referral pathways between humanitarian actors and communities. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accountability and provide timely information on humanitarian services.

Compensation:
