Description

The Senior Adviser for Safer Programs will lead the strategy for mainstreaming safeguarding and PSHEA (Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Exploitation, and Abuse) principles into global humanitarian and development programs. This role involves designing and testing tools for program safety, managing community-based complaints and feedback mechanisms, and building internal networks to drive organizational behavior change. The position requires a technical expert to oversee program design cycles while ensuring that vulnerable populations are protected through risk mitigation and effective survivor support services.
