The Senior Advisor will collaborate with ESCAP staff to develop and implement a work program for Mongolia, focusing on improving Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) processes. This includes training, facilitating workshops, developing process maps, identifying data inconsistencies, and preparing a final report. The consultant will also update training materials and submit monthly progress reports.
