The Senior Analyst for Community Operations Monitoring and Evaluation will lead the development of M&E frameworks, logic models, and performance indicators for the Disaster Cycle Services team. The role focuses on business process analysis, needs assessments, and data-driven strategy to improve organizational impact and operational efficiency. As an individual contributor, the analyst will collaborate across functions to align business processes with humanitarian initiatives.
