The Senior Associate, Insights, Learning & Reporting will lead the production of internal and external impact reports, donor updates, and learning briefs for a fast-scaling non-profit. The role involves translating complex monitoring and evaluation data into actionable narratives, compelling visuals, and decision-ready insights for leadership and stakeholders. You will manage end-to-end reporting processes, maintain data quality, and facilitate learning sessions to ensure evidence-based decision-making. This position requires strong project management, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams including BI, communications, and program units.
