The Senior Associate, Lending Administration will support the accurate servicing and administration of NFF’s loan portfolio. The role maintains loan files, tracks collateral, and supports timely responses to borrower requests. The Senior Associate works collaboratively to ensure reliable reporting and high-quality servicing support.
understanding of lending concepts, loan documentation, collateral, and insurance requirements, interpreting key terms from legal and loan documents, organizational skills and attention to detail, communication skills and customer service orientation, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience with Salesforce, TEA, or other loan management systems
