Upwardly Global is hiring a Senior Director of Research & Evaluation to lead impact measurement, research, and learning. This remote position involves updating the theory of change, refining KPIs, and guiding research on workforce and immigration trends. The director will also lead a research steering group and collaborate across teams to inform program design and organizational strategy.
