The Senior Economist will lead economic policy dialogue, provide thought leadership, and advise on core economic policy issues within the Europe and Central Asia (ECA) region, focusing on Kazakhstan. They will lead and advise teams on lending operations and economic reports, serve as a spokesperson, and contribute to the unit's analytical work program. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in development policy, and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
