5+ years of experience in People Operations with a strong focus on Spain and EMEA, Exceptional attention to detail, Exceptional ability to design, streamline, and manage efficient workflows that scale, A deep understanding of employment laws and best practices across Spain and EMEA, Outstanding interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care, A resourceful and proactive approach to resolving challenges quickly and effectively, Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms, especially if you’ve been part of migration or implementation projects.
