The Senior Human Rights Officer will formulate human rights strategies, advise on human rights matters related to missing persons and enforced disappearances, and negotiate with relevant parties. They will also design and implement policy changes, prepare reports, and manage research initiatives. The position requires experience in human rights, international relations, and working with victims of enforced disappearance.
