Recidiviz is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and labor relations. This role serves as a critical operational partner responsible for ensuring HR systems are compliant, efficient, and supportive of a mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire employee lifecycle and lead the evolution of programs such as the organization's internship initiative.
