The Senior Managing Director/Deputy Executive Director will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and delivery of Save the Children's Head Start programs. This hybrid role requires overseeing program implementation, ensuring quality and compliance, and providing leadership to State Program Directors. The role also includes program growth, visibility, leadership, strategy, and resource management.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience, Head Start standards and regulations experience, technical assistance, training, and direction, verbal and written communication skills, MS Office suite proficiency, spoken and written English proficiency
