The Senior People & Culture Advisor will support Inkomoko's growth by managing HR business partnering, operational excellence, and employee relations in Kenya. This role focuses on recruitment, talent development, policy implementation, and maintaining HR systems to ensure a high-performing and inclusive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner while handling day-to-day administrative HR tasks to improve retention and staff productivity.
