The Senior Policy Associate will help lead the interdisciplinary policy team, working to advance anti-racist policies related to the family policing, incarceration, immigration, and housing systems. They will establish and drive CFR’s strategic policy agenda. This role requires supervising the policy team, coordinating external engagement and policy projects, and participating in coalitions.
