As a Senior Program Manager at CTCL, you will lead the field-building research program (REACH) and coordinate across projects to achieve long-term strategic goals. You will support the development of the annual research agenda, ensure strategic alignment across research projects, and contribute to reports and presentations. You will also manage project managers and cultivate external partnerships.
