Spring Health seeks a Senior Software Engineer II to join the Provider Pay and Incentives team. This hybrid role involves designing and building scalable backend and full-stack services using Ruby on Rails and React. The engineer will lead architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a team transforming mental healthcare.
