The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is seeking a Senior Staff or Staff Attorney to advance education and youth justice in the South. This role involves litigation, strategic legal advocacy, and community lawyering to protect access to inclusive public education. The attorney will work on challenging discriminatory practices and policies against vulnerable student groups. The role requires experience in civil rights litigation and a commitment to community-oriented lawyering.

Job Details
Compensation:
Starting salary is $73,832.00 annually (Staff Attorney I). Salary increases based on years of legal experience post law school, up to $148,500.00 (Senior Staff IV).
