The Economic Commission for Africa is seeking an IT Intern to provide first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. The role involves managing user support requests through ticketing systems, assisting with IT equipment configuration, and supporting user account management. The intern will also contribute to IT inventory documentation and assist in the migration from Active Directory to Intune.
