The Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) Team Lead is a mobile position responsible for managing daily operations, supervising volunteer teams, and delivering critical American Red Cross support services to military members, veterans, and their families. This role involves worldwide deployment for 6-month intervals, community outreach, relationship management with military leadership, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory policies. The position requires the ability to work in high-pressure, diverse, and occasionally harsh environments while maintaining operational readiness.
