The Sewing Machine Operator (SMO) Mentorship Assistant will support the implementation of the SMO program by managing mentor recruitment, facilitating mentor-mentee pairings, and coordinating mentorship events. The role involves tracking program data, troubleshooting challenges, and serving as a primary point of contact for participants within the Coastal Region of Kenya. This is a three-month consultancy position requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure effective program delivery and reporting.
