The Shelter and Settlement Specialist will manage and develop the technical aspects, strategic direction, and quality assurance of NRC Palestine’s Shelter and Settlement programs. This position also includes mentoring staff and capacity development. The specialist will be responsible for strategic planning and coordination of shelter interventions.
