IUCN is seeking a consultant to conduct an independent review of the Biodiversity Offset Agreement between Black Mountain Mining and the Department of Agriculture, Environmental Affairs, Rural Development and Land Reform in South Africa. The review will assess compliance with the agreement, provide recommendations for improvement, and involve document review, stakeholder engagement, and a site visit. The consultant will work under the supervision of IUCN representatives and deliver a final report.
