The Social Cohesion, Peace Consolidation and Conflict Prevention Assistant will facilitate dialogue, build social cohesion, and prevent conflict in Timor-Leste. This role involves creating safe spaces for discussion, resolving disputes, and strengthening community capacity for peacebuilding. The assistant will work under the supervision of the Social Cohesion National Project Manager to implement various activities.
