The UN-Habitat is seeking a Social Engineering and Reporting Contractor to support community participation, land governance, and conflict prevention in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The incumbent will develop mobilization strategies, manage monitoring and evaluation systems, and produce high-quality reports for donors and internal stakeholders.
