The Social Mobilizer (SM) role is a field-level position focused on implementing the Girls’ Education Program, mentoring adolescent girls, and collaborating with schools and communities. Key responsibilities include facilitating life skills sessions, managing Gender Resource Centres, and conducting home visits. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience.
