The Infrastructure Specialist will join the UN Development Programme (UNDP) in Madagascar to support the 'Horizon Vert' portfolio within the Nature, Climate, Environment, and Resilience Unit. The role involves technical oversight, design, supervision, and quality control of rural infrastructure and construction projects to build regional resilience. The specialist will collaborate with local authorities and partners to ensure sustainable maintenance systems and compliance with environmental and social standards. This is a field-based role focused on driving sustainable development and climate-resilient infrastructure in the Androy region.
